  On Tuesday, February 21st, my daughter and I went to Larry's Giant Subs in Rincon, GA. We arrived at 8:40 PM, twenty minutes before closing time. There were two young ladies working. Since I don't know their names, I can only describe them as African American and Caucasian. When we got to the counter, the Caucasian girl said, "You better want a cold sub as late as you're coming in." My daughter explained that she wanted the sub heated. At this point, the African American girl asked the Caucasian girl if it would be okay if she warmed the sub. The Caucasian girl, at this point, threw her hands in the air, disgustedly said" No!", and stomped into the back of the store. I looked at my daughter and told her that the store obviously did not want our money and that we needed to leave. The African American girl was very apologetic about the situation.
  
  On Wednesday, I tried to call and speak with a manager about what had happened on Tuesday night. I was told to call on Thursday morning. When I called on Thursday morning, I was told that the owner was in the store, but he wasn't willing to speak with me and that I needed to call the "home office."
  
  I do not live in Rincon, GA. I live in Pembroke, GA. I drive to Rincon twice a week to take my daughter to practice with her competition dance team. As a result, I visit Larry's Giant Subs in Rincon as many as two times a week and buy one to three subs with each visit. Many of the other parents of the children on the dance team will also visit with me or ask me to place an order for them when I go. However, unless this situation is not rectified, I do not intend to visit a Larry's Giant Subs ever again and I will encourage others to follow suit.
  
  *Note...this is the email that I have tried to send the "home office" since there is never a person available to speak with me on the phone. Amazingly, every time I try to send the email, there is always a server error.

  In general, you can never go wrong at Larry's.
  
  The subs were delicious but the area itself is in the backside of an old gas station. It's dated and not the best looking spot to sit down and have a meal.
  
  Just take it to go.

  Very rude woman working the register tonight. Got 2 orders wrong while I was waiting. This place has really gone downhill the last few years.

  Horrible place to eat. Never get your order right. Never has essentials needed to complete my order whether it be Greek dressing,feta cheese or plastic dishes to put salad in. Rude staff.
